| ICS Hole Saw Blades can be used to cut a variety of materials
and shapes. The proper blade will provide maximum blade
life and high cutting efficiency. Selection depends on several
considerations. |

- Hole Saw Blades -
Carbide Grit Edged
- Carbide Grit Edged Hole Saws have no teeth to chip or dull and will last up to 10 times
longer than High Speed Steel Hole Saws. Cuts almost all the materials which diamond hole
saws can cut at less than half the cost. Used to cut the most difficult work encountered:
cast iron, ceramic tile, fiberglass (all types), plastic laminates, etc.

- Recessed Lighting
Hole Saws - Carbide Grit Edged
- Recessed Lighting Holesaws are designed for electricians. They are used to drill holes
in ceilings for recessed lighting fixtures. Carbide Grit Edged Holesaws have no teeth to
eliminate snagging. Will cut almost any ceiling material encountered.
- "D" Drive
Hole Saw - Carbide Grit Edged
- D-Drive Hole Saws are specifically designed
to drill plumbing installation holes in fiberglass bathtubs, showers,
spas, hot tubs, etc. D-Drive hole saws derive their name from having
a "D" shaped arbor hole.
- Carbide Tipped Hole
Saws
- Carbide Tipped Hole Saws retain their cutting
edge up to 10 times longer than high speed steel hole saws. They cut clean and accurate holes 1-7/8" deep. Carbide
tips withstand heat and abrasion extremely well and can be run at faster speeds, resulting
in a reduction of cutting time and cost per cut. Carbide Tipped
Hole Saws are not designed for cutting concrete, steel, or other ferrous
materials. They are designed for cutting abrasive materials, i.e.,
fiberglass, particle board, aluminum castings, copper, and asbestos
board.
- Hole Saw Blades -
Bi-Metal - Separate Arbor Style
- Hole saws have a high speed steel cutting
edge electron-beam welded to a tough alloy steel back. Cuts clean
and accurate holes in virtually any machinable material - steel,
cast iron, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, wood, or plastics.
Variable pitch hole saws 1-3/8 deep holes. Arbor is sold separately.
