COUNTERBORES
CAPSCREW
Cap Screw Counterbores are designed to create a recess for socket head cap screws and shoulder screws. They are also used for spot facing smaller spots, enlarging or cleaning holes. Solid pilot will not score or damage pilot hole. Cutting action is chatterless.
FILISTER TYPE
Fillister Head Screw Counterbores are designed to create a recess for small fillister and flat head machine screws. Solid pilot will not score or damage pilot hole. Cutting action is chatterless.
INTERCHANGABLE
Interchangeable counterbores are designed to create a recess for a cap screw, spring or bolt. They are used with interchangeable pilots ground to fit various hole sizes to be counterbored.
PILOTS
Interchangeable counterbore pilots are used with interchangeable pilot style counterbores and spot facers, including carbide tipped and aircraft counterbores to produce various combinations of sizes. All counterbore pilots have flat on one side of shank.
COUNTERBORE DRILLS
Counterbore Step Drills are designed to do two jobs in a single pass. They are used to drill a hole with a counterbore, countersink, or chamfer.
COUNTERSINKS
Countersinks are use designed to produce accurate center holes in components which require matching between centers.
CARBIDE
HIGH SPEED STEEL
COUNTERSINK SETS
COMBINED DRILL & COUNTERSINKS
Combined Drill & Countersinks are designed to produce accurate center holes in components which require machining between centers.
REAMERS
BRIDGE REAMERS
Bridge Reamers are designed for use in structural steel fabrication bridge work, and ship construction to line up bolt and rivet holes.
CAR REAMERS
Car Reamers are designed with a short flute and overall length to permit use in cramped quarters or where a Bridge Reamer would be too long. They are primarily used to repair railroad cars and for construction work, especially involving the rectification of misaligned holes.
CHUCKING REAMERS
Chucking Reamers are designed for general purpose reaming of most ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The cutting edge is ground with a 45 degree chamfer angle for easy hole entry.
HAND REAMERS
Hand Reamers are designed for extreme accuracy and are used by hand for final sizing of drilled holes.
PIPE REAMERS
Taper Pipe Reamers are manufactured with a taper of 3/4" per foot. They are used prior to tapping dry seal and ANPT threads when high quality threads are required.
SHELL REAMERS
Shell Reamers are designed to be used as a chucking reamer for reaming bearings and other similar work.
TAPER PIN REAMERS
Taper Pin Reamers are manufactured with a taper of 1/4" per foot. They are used to ream holes into which standard taper pins will fit.
