use in making a selection of the dies needed for their specific

ROUND ADJUSTABLE DIES- Round Adjustable Dies
- General Purpose
- Round Adjustable Dies,
also known as Button Dies, are designed for cutting
external screw threads, either by hand, using
a die stock or by machine, using a floating die
holder. They also can
be used to cut smaller or larger, than factory setting,
by turning the adjusting screw in or out.
Dies are manufactured with a 2-3 thread chamfer
on front face and a 1-1½ thread chamfer on the
rear.

HEXAGON THREADING DIES- Hexagon Threading
Dies - Fractional
- HSS Hex Threading Dies are designed for tough
cutting applications of all types of external threads. They are used for threading rods, bolts, and studs. Two
standard diameters of Hex Dies simplify die stock handle requirements. ICS
Hex Threading Dies have polished gold face and black surface treated
threads for maximum performance.

- HSS Hex Threading (NPT) Pipe Dies are designed
for external threading or rethreading of taper pipe threads. They
are used where threaded connection will not be required to withstand
high fluid or gas pressures and the use of a sealer is acceptable.

- HSS Hexagon (Hex Nut Diameter) Threading
Dies are designed for tough cutting applications of all types of
external threads. They are used for threading rods, bolts, and
studs. All sizes are manufactured to be the same size as a Hex Nut of equal thread
size. ICS Hex Threading Dies have polished gold face and black
surface treated threads for maximum performance.

HEXAGON RETHREADING DIES- Hexagon Rethreading
Dies - Tool Steel - Standard Sizes
- Hexagon Rethreading Dies are precision Tool Steel Dies, not to be confused with standard
(HXD) Hexagon Dies. Dies are extra thick to permit user to rethread damaged or jammed
threads and are not intended for producing new threads on unthreaded bars, bolts, or
pipes. Dies are same size as standard Hex nuts.

manufactured using three standard hex stock diameters to reduce costs
and simplify die stock or wrench requirements.
